By Accessing & Using This Website, You Agree to the Following Terms & Conditions:

The minimum purchase is One Hundred Dollars ($100); (One 10 Pixel by 10 Pixel Box, equaling 100 pixels total), with the maximum purchase equaling the remaining Pixel Boxes available.

When you "BUY"" (purchase) Pixel Box(s) you are NOT purchasing owner interest nor company equity in any portion of the website or holding company. The purchase grants you access to submit an image (jpeg or gif formats only) with a company website link (website link must be an http://www.website.com) which is published to our "homepage"" within the purchased Pixel Box(s).

Once the image with website link is submitted and company approval of image and website links has been confirmed the image and website link can NOT be changed and/or altered in any manner at any time. Prior to submitting, proof over and confirm both the image and website link you want posted on the "homepage"" are correct, these images and website link will be posted for a minimum of five (5) years.

NOTE: The ONLY exception to this company policy is if the website is cancelled or deactivated, complete "overhaul" or drastic change with website content, legal issues with website company or related products, etc.

Once your image and website link are approved and published to the "homepage", No refunds will be issued.

The site and "homepage"" will remain actively online for a minimum of five (5) years, beginning the day it went publicly "live"" online as an active site.

NO offensive, obscene or pornographic images or adult website links will be accepted or published. Each submission will be review and approved on a case by case basis. If and image or website link is not approved you will have the opportunity to resubmit a new image and/or website link.

If at any point after a submission is approved the website content changes to depict offensive, obscene or pornographic images or adult content your image link will be removed until a new link is provided or website content is revised to meet company policy. NO refund or compensation will be provided during the "downtime" of the image website link.

If at any point after submission approval you want the image and website link removed from the "homepage"" you may do so, however no refund or prorated compensation will be issued and the Pixel Box(s) being cancelled/removed become publicly available for sale.

Images must be submitted in either a JPEG or GIF file format with NO animation or flash files and scaled/sized to the exact pixel size purchased (Pixel Box: 100 pixels = 10 x 10 pixels)

When submitting and image and website link you MUST have full ownership and authority rights to the image and website link provided.

Payment must be received and cleared prior to image and website approval and publication to the "homepage".

Maintenance on the site and "homepage" may cause periodic "downtime", however this will be kept to a minimum. Downtime does not constitute a refund.

Once your order has been processed, funds received and cleared and your image and website link approved your image and website link will be published to the "homepage" within 3-5 business days.
